1. Thoroughly clean and dry the affected area.
2. Remove the protective film from the patch to expose the adhesive side.
3. Place the patch in the center of the lower back (sacrum) or directly on the painful area.
4. Leave on for up to 8 hours maximum.
5. Do not use more than 3 patches per day, for up to 7 consecutive days.
