ORDER PROCESSING

As soon as your order is received, our team gets to work preparing it with care. All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, product launches, or promotional periods.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer two main shipping options: standard and express. Shipping rates vary depending on the selected option and delivery address. Applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is available on all orders of $125 CAD or more before taxes. The offer is automatically applied at checkout, and no promotional code is required.

SHIPPING ORIGIN & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders are shipped from Montreal, Canada. Orders shipped to the United States or internationally may be subject to additional fees, including customs duties, import tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier fees. These fees are determined by the customs authorities and/or carrier in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. They are separate from the shipping fees displayed at checkout and may be charged upon delivery or during the customs clearance process.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected and your location. While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including delays during transit or customs clearance.
