1. After sun exposure, gently cleanse and dry your skin.
2. Apply the treatment generously to the face and/or body.
3. Gently massage until fully absorbed.
4. Reapply as often as necessary, especially if you experience sensations of overheating or discomfort.
5. Use daily after each sun exposure to soothe, moisturize, and promote skin repair.
