1. After the second shampoo, gently squeeze excess water from the hair, making sure not to stay under the water.

2. Depending on the thickness and length of the hair, dispense the necessary amount of mask into the palm.

3. Apply the product to the ends first, then work up into the lengths and where the hair is damaged.

4. Leave the mask on for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly until there is no more product and the water runs clear.

5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 once a week for healthy hair.

Please note: After the second shampoo, the mask replaces the conditioner.
