Hair Products

Please note that our hair products do not come with any warranty. Once opened, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to dissatisfaction with their performance.

Styling Tools

Unlike our hair products, we offer a one-year warranty on our styling tools. If a tool has a manufacturing defect or operating problem within one year of purchase, we promise to repair or replace it.

It is imperative that you retain your purchase invoice for any warranty-related claims. Without this proof of purchase, we unfortunately cannot honor the warranty.

High-end tools

Some of our premium styling tools have additional warranties provided directly by the manufacturers. For these products, we recommend that you consult the documentation provided with the tool or contact the supplier directly for further details on the warranty and associated terms.
