NEW TALENT TRAINING
The New Talent Colorist Training Program was designed for everyone, whether you have no previous experience in hairstyling or you're looking to strengthen your foundations. Through a complete immersion into the Pinklablonde world, you'll explore hair coloring, lightening, styling, and so much more.
You'll learn the fundamentals according to the industry's highest standards while developing the skills needed to stand out and build a successful career in hairdressing.
Held in person every Monday morning over a six-month period, this program is led by one of our Senior Colorists and Lead Educator at Pinklablonde Club.
Our Teaching Approach
Our training program is structured into detailed modules that cover all the essential skills you need to succeed. You'll receive personalized guidance from our renowned educators through theoretical classes, hands-on workshops on mannequin heads, and live model sessions, allowing you to develop a complete mastery of the techniques.
Our accelerated learning approach means you'll cover a significant amount of material in a short period of time. It's designed for motivated, passionate individuals who are ready to grow quickly and challenge themselves.
Throughout the program, you'll complete regular assessments and practical evaluations that reflect the expectations of today's salon clientele: delivering an exceptional client experience, conducting personalized consultations, and executing every technique with precision.
We also strongly encourage our students to work as salon assistants while completing the program to maximize their learning and gain valuable hands-on experience. Upon successfully completing all modules, you'll earn the PINKLABLONDE ACADEMY Certification — a true mark of excellence for your future career.
