1. In the shower, dispense a quarter-sized amount of shampoo into the palm and lather slightly under water.

2. Start by applying the shampoo directly to the scalp and massage for 10 to 15 seconds until a lather forms.

3. Leave on for about 30 seconds, allowing the product to rest on the scalp.

4. Rinse thoroughly.
