1. In the shower, dispense a quarter-sized amount of shampoo into your palm and lather slightly under water.

2. Start by applying the shampoo directly to the scalp and massage for 10 to 15 seconds.

3. Let the product run down the lengths and ends without applying it directly to them.

4. Rinse thoroughly under water, massaging until no product remains and the water runs clear.

5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 for a second shampoo, which should ideally be another shampoo of your choice.

Note: The Ultra-Violet Bain should ideally be used once every 2 weeks at most.
