1. After the second shampoo, squeeze excess water from the hair, making sure not to stay under the water.

2. Depending on the thickness and length of the hair, apply the necessary amount of mask into the palm.

3. Apply the product to the ends first, then work up to the lengths and where the hair is damaged.

4. Leave the mask on for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly until no product remains and the water runs clear.

5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 once a week for healthy hair.

Note: After the second shampoo, the mask replaces the conditioner.
