1. After the second shampoo, thoroughly squeeze out excess water from the hair.

2. Depending on the thickness and length of the hair, dispense the necessary amount of mask into the palm.

3. Apply the product to the ends first, then work up to the lengths and areas where the hair is damaged.

4. Leave the mask on for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly until no product remains and the water runs clear.

5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 once a week for healthy hair.

Note: After the second shampoo, the mask replaces the conditioner.
