Sleep Patches offer a natural transition to sleep thanks to a complex of calming and aromatic herbs. Applied to the temples, these patches work at the intersection of acupressure, aromatherapy, and botanical traditions to help you fall asleep more easily—and sleep more deeply, without habit-forming effects.

1. Apply 15 minutes before bedtime.
2. Place one patch on each temple, or on an alternative acupressure point (e.g., foot).
3. Gently massage the patch for 1 to 2 minutes to activate the herbs.
4. Leave on overnight, remove upon waking.
