1. Before going to bed, dispense one pump of product into the palms for fine hair and 2 pumps for thicker hair.

2. On dry hair, apply the product to the ends, lengths, and damaged areas.

3. Make a loose ponytail before going to bed. No need to rinse in the morning.

Pro tip: For a sleek bun with reparative benefits the day before washing, dispense 2 pumps of product into the palms. Apply to lengths and roots before making the bun. Leave in the hair all day and wash the hair normally in the evening.
