1. After the second shampoo, wring the hair well, making sure not to stay under the water.

2. Depending on the thickness and length of the hair, place the necessary amount of mask in the palm.

3. Apply the product to the ends first, then work up the lengths and where the hair is damaged.

4. Let the mask sit for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly until there is no more product and until the water runs clear.

5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 once a week for healthy hair.

Please note: After the second shampoo, the mask replaces the conditioner.
