1. After the second shampoo, thoroughly wring out the hair, making sure not to stay under the water.

2. Depending on the thickness and length of the hair, dispense a generous amount of mask into the palm of your hand.

3. Apply the product to the ends first, then work up into the lengths and where the hair is damaged.

4. Leave the mask on for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly until no product remains and the water runs clear.

5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 once a week for healthy hair.

Note: After the second shampoo, the mask replaces the conditioner.
