1. After the second shampoo, thoroughly squeeze the hair, making sure not to stay under the water.

2. Depending on the thickness and length of the hair, place the necessary amount of mask in the palm of your hand.

3. Apply the product to the ends first, then work it up into the lengths and where the hair is damaged.

4. Leave the mask on for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly until there is no more product and until the water is clear.

5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 once a week for healthy hair.

Note: After the second shampoo, the mask replaces the conditioner.
