Hydra-Fortifying Bath:
1. In the shower, dispense a small amount of shampoo (about the size of a walnut) into your palm and gently lather with water.

2. Start by applying the shampoo directly to the scalp and massage for 10 to 15 seconds.

3. Let the product flow down the lengths and ends of the hair without applying it directly.

4. Rinse thoroughly under water, massaging until all product is gone and the water is clear.

5. For even cleaner hair, repeat steps 1 to 4 for a second shampoo, which can be another shampoo of your choice.

Strengthening Foundation:
1. After the second shampoo, wring the hair well, making sure not to stay under the water.

2. Place the conditioner in the palm of your hand.

3. Apply the product to the ends first, then work your way up the lengths.

4. Let it sit for 2 minutes and rinse thoroughly until there is no product left and the water is clear.

Thermal Defense:
1. After showering, wring the hair dry thoroughly.

2. Separate all the hair into 4 quadrants.

3. Apply the product as a spray; spray once per quadrant for fine hair and twice per quadrant for thicker hair.
