1. After showering, wring the hair dry thoroughly.

2. Separate all the hair into 4 quadrants.

3. Apply the product as a spray; spray once per quadrant for fine hair and twice per quadrant for thicker hair.

Nourishing Essence Absolute Oil:
1. After showering, wring the hair out well.

2. In the palm of your hands, press half a pump for fine hair or 1 pump for thicker hair.

3. Rub the oil into your hands.

4. Apply the product to the ends first, then work your way up the lengths.
