Ashita Supreme Shampoo:
1. In the shower, dispense a small amount of shampoo (about the size of a walnut) into your palm and gently lather with water.

2. Start by applying the shampoo directly to the scalp and massage for 10 to 15 seconds.

3. Let the product flow down the lengths and ends of the hair without applying it directly.

4. Rinse thoroughly under water, massaging until all product is gone and the water is clear.

5. For even cleaner hair, repeat steps 1 to 4 for a second shampoo, which can be another shampoo of your choice.

Ashita Supreme Mask:
1. After the second shampoo, wring the hair well, making sure not to stay under the water.

2. Depending on the thickness and length of the hair, place the required amount of mask in the palm of your hand.

3. Apply the product to the ends first, then work your way up the lengths and to where the hair is damaged.

4. Leave the mask on for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly until no product remains and the water is clear.

5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 once a week for healthy hair.
