1. After the second shampoo, squeeze hair dry, making sure not to leave it underwater.

2. Depending on the thickness and length of the hair, dispense the required amount of mask into the palm of your hand.

3. Apply the product to the ends first, then work up through the lengths and any damaged areas.

4. Leave the mask on for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly until all product is removed and the water runs clear.

5. Repeat steps 1-4 once a week for healthy hair.

Good to know: After the second shampoo, the mask replaces the conditioner.
