1. After the second shampoo, gently squeeze excess water from the hair.

2. Depending on the thickness and length of your hair, dispense the necessary amount of mask into the palm of your hand.

3. Apply the product to the ends first, then work it up into the lengths and where the hair is damaged.

4. Leave the mask on for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly until no product remains and the water runs clear.

5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 once a week for healthy hair.

Note: After the second shampoo, the mask replaces the conditioner.
